(NYSE MKT:PLX) (TASE:PLX), announced today that its board of directors approved the record date for the Company’s 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) to be held on or about April 10, 2017.  Holders of the Company’s common stock at the close of business on March 15, 2017, the record date, will be entitled to receive notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting.
