Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

 

On July 22, 2019, Protalix BioTherapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Yossi Maimon notified the Company of his resignation from his position as the Company’s Vice President and Chief Financial Officer to pursue other opportunities. The Company intends to appoint a new chief financial officer soon. Until his departure, Mr. Maimon will work together with the Company’s finance and accounting teams to ensure a smooth transition of the Company’s financial and accounting functions, pending the Company’s appointment of his successor.
